Dr. Claire Brady Named Lead AI Strategist and Advisor to NASH AI Advisory Board

ORLANDO, Fla. — Dr. Claire Brady, founder and president of Glass Half Full Consulting, has been appointed Lead AI Strategist and Advisor to the National Association of Higher Education Systems (NASH) AI Advisory Board.

In this national leadership role, Dr. Brady will work alongside Dr. Mark Hagerott, the Advisory Board Steering Committee, and five expert workgroups to guide the development of practical AI resources for public higher education systems across the United States.

The Advisory Board brings together system leaders, institutional executives, AI experts, and higher education practitioners to address one of the sector's most pressing challenges: helping public systems move from isolated AI experimentation to intentional, scalable implementation.

Over the coming year, the board will develop a comprehensive AI Readiness Assessment and AI Playbook designed to help systems evaluate their current capabilities, identify priorities, strengthen governance, and build the organizational capacity needed to lead AI adoption responsibly.

Brady will continue leading Glass Half Full Consulting, where she advises colleges, universities, systems, and higher education organizations on AI strategy, leadership, governance, organizational effectiveness, and student success. Her appointment to NASH further expands her national leadership in helping higher education institutions adopt AI with intention, align technology with mission, and strengthen organizational readiness for the future.
