In addition to conference programming, the 2026 NASPA Annual Conference will offer an exclusive opportunity for VPSA attendees: brief, 25-minute, one-on-one coaching and consultation sessions with nationally respected executive coaches and consultants.

These sessions, held in the VPSA Lounge, are designed to provide focused, strategic conversation tailored to the realities of senior Student Affairs leadership.

Coaching/Consulting with Dr. Claire Brady

As AI Executive in Residence for #NASPA2026, Dr. Claire Brady will offer strategic consultation sessions focused on helping VPSAs navigate one of the most pressing leadership challenges in higher education: responsible AI integration and digital transformation in Student Affairs.

With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Dr. Brady works alongside executive teams to move beyond experimentation toward intentional, scalable AI strategy. Her consultations are designed for VPSAs who are:

Developing or refining an AI roadmap
Clarifying governance and decision-making structures
Addressing ethical and equity concerns related to AI adoption
Managing faculty or staff skepticism
Navigating organizational restructuring or culture shifts
Seeking greater clarity and confidence in the VPSA role
